Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
Skydrop can change/update a shipping address right up until the device ships. Please contact our customer support to make these corrections:  support@skydrop.com or 1-800-SKYDROP.

Is Skydrop available outside of the U.S.?
The Skydrop Controller is currently available in the U.S. and Canada. We are planning to make our controller available in Australia and other select countries for 2015.

What payment methods does Skydrop accept?
Skydrop accepts all major credit & debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay and BitCoin.

Are there currently any Discounts or Rebates available for the Skydrop Controller?
We are not currently offering any manufacturer rebates or discounts. Discounts or Rebates may be available through your local government, municipality, water district.

Is my payment information secure if I purchase through your website?
We currently follow the industry standard and use encrypted tools to ensure that all customer CC information is secure.
