If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (including tax when applicable).

No returns for a refund will be accepted after 30 days unless otherwise covered under Skydrop’s limited manufacturers warranty.

Returns to the manufacturer for a refund are limited to purchases made directly from the Skydrop online store and not purchases made from Third-Party vendors or distributors.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product return receipt date.

Orders for the Skydrop controller can be cancelled up until items ship.  Once the device has shipped, we are unable to cancel. Customer orders which we are unable to cancel due to shipment, still qualify for a full refund under our 30-day return policy.
