Having problems with connecting to Skydrop Cloud from Skydrop Mobile or Skydrop Web?
Connection problems with Skydrop Cloud usually fall into two categories:
- Your connection from your device is inconsistent or down. Please check your network connection for your device. If you are using Skydrop Mobile, switch your WiFi connection on or off. If you are using Skydrop Web, ensure your computer is properly connected to the Internet.
- If you have verified that your connection to the Internet is functioning properly, Skydrop Cloud could be down. In this case, please be patient as we are already aware of the problem. If you continue to see problems after 10 or 20 minutes and would like a status on the outage, please contact our support team.
